Terms of use

Last updated 3 November 2026

The short version

  • Tidyflick is free during launch and provided as it is.
  • It only moves files. Binning moves a file into the Tidyflick Bin; emptying the Bin sends files to your computer’s Trash or Recycle Bin.
  • You’re in charge of your files and your backups.
  • Use it fairly and don’t abuse the relay.
  • Israeli law applies.

1. Who these terms are with

Tidyflick is operated by Shabloool, a business based in Israel (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By downloading the apps, using the phone web app or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tidyflick.

2. What Tidyflick is

Tidyflick is a desktop app for macOS and Windows, a web app for your phone, an optional relay that connects them, and optional accounts. It shows the files in the folders it scans as cards, and lets you keep, bin or file them from your phone.

3. Free beta

Tidyflick is new and free during launch. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may occasionally break while we improve it. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them in advance, and you won’t be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

4. Age and accounts

You must be at least 16 to use Tidyflick. You don’t need an account to use it on your home Wi-Fi. If you create one, give a valid email address, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Your files

Tidyflick acts only when you tell it to, and it only moves files:

  • Keep leaves a file where it is.
  • File it moves a file into a folder.
  • Bin moves a file into a folder called Tidyflick Bin. Files there can be restored.
  • Emptying the Bin sends its files to your operating system’s Trash (macOS) or Recycle Bin (Windows). What happens after that is controlled by your operating system.

You decide what happens to each file, and you are responsible for your files and for keeping backups of anything important. Suggestions from Ask AI and suggested folders are only suggestions and can be wrong. Check before you act on them.

6. Installing the apps

The desktop apps are not code-signed yet, so macOS and Windows show a security warning the first time you open them. Download Tidyflick only from our website. On Windows, the app installs in your user folder and starts when you log in; you can turn that off in its settings.

7. Your licence to use Tidyflick

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tidyflick for your own files, on devices you own or are allowed to use. Tidyflick, its name, logo, apps and website belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the apps, or try to extract their source code, except where the law allows it.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t:

  • use Tidyflick on a computer, or with files, you don’t have permission to manage;
  • use the relay to send anything other than Tidyflick’s own traffic, or to store or distribute content;
  • try to break, overload, probe or get around the security or limits of the relay, the AI feature or our servers;
  • access other people’s accounts or devices, or pretend to be someone else;
  • use automated tools to create accounts or make requests in bulk;
  • use Tidyflick for anything illegal.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Tidyflick at any time, and delete your account from your account page. Deleting your account removes the data we hold about you, as explained in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. We may also change, pause or end the service; if we end it, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email.

10. No warranty

Tidyflick is provided “as is” and “as available”, especially while it is in its free launch period. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that suggestions will be correct.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, files, profits or business, arising from your use of Tidyflick. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (during the free launch, nothing) or 100 Israeli new shekels.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell account holders by email about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Tidyflick after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be decided by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you and we agree to their exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
